the extent of labor involved and/or the specific component within a larger
system. It will help the customer understand exactly what is wrong and
how it’s being fixed.
Use it to tee up conversations about maintenance or repairs that may be

Consider printing a relevant graphic and attaching it to your customer’s
invoice for future reference.
